Bahrco Labs provides technology and marketing services including but not limited to website development, system integration, custom software development, AI automation, social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bahrco Labs retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property. Client-specific deliverables and their ownership will be defined in individual project agreements.
Payment terms, including rates, schedules, and methods, will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahrco Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahrco Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
